DEFLOC 1000 corresponds to a synergized mixture of polymer emulsions of anionic nature and tensoactives agents able to generate a maximum electrokinetic effect (Potential Zeta), increasing the repulsive forces between suspended particles.

The final effect that takes place is a drastic reduction of the cut effort (Shear Stress) and therefore a greater fluidity of the suspension thus introducing important reductions in the water content in the paste.
 
DEFLOC 1000 acts independently in a suspension of their chemical nature since its final effect is by electrical saturation of the surface of particles and by reduction of the soloid-liquid interface.
 

DEFLOC 1000 introduces the following benefits in their process:

Reduces the humidity content in the cement paste between 20% and 30%
Reduces energy consumption in the furnaces of clinker.
Improves the flow of the paste in the pipelines slurries.
Improves the pumpability of the slurry.
It can increase the production of the paste mill.
Reduces the generation of cement kiln dust.
Product of easy application and handling.
Requires very low doses of application
